Email hello@ontrk.app. A person reads every message, usually within a day. Signed in, you can also use the chat: the bubble on the website, or More, then Help and chat, in the iPhone app.

Your subscription

Bought on the website: open Settings in ONTRK and choose Manage billing to change your card, download invoices or cancel.

Bought in the iPhone app: Apple bills it. Change or cancel it on your iPhone in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. To get a purchase back on a new phone, open Plans in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Getting your statements in

ONTRK reads the CSV or Excel file your society exports. Step-by-step guides for each society are on the guides page.
