What ONTRK does

ONTRK reads royalty statements you upload and reports what they paid. Where airplay monitoring is connected to your account, it compares detected airings against those statements and flags performances that appear to have gone unpaid.

Every figure is an estimate

This is the most important thing on this page. A flagged gap is an indication that a performance may not have been paid for. It is not an audit, an accounting opinion, or a legal determination that you are owed money.

Estimated values are derived from what comparable performances paid on your own statements. Rates vary by society, channel, daypart, usage type and period, and a society's own calculation is the one that counts.

Check a figure before you send it anywhere. You are responsible for what you claim from a society, and a claim you cannot support costs you credibility with them that we cannot restore.

Your data stays yours

You keep all rights to the statements you upload and the catalog data you enter. You grant us only what is needed to run the service for you: to store it, parse it, and show it back to you. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train models. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been accessed by somebody else. One account is for one person or one company; do not share credentials.

Billing

Paid plans bill in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices can change with notice, and a change never applies to a period already paid.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and will tell you about planned interruptions. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for losses caused by an interruption. Your data is not deleted because the service was down.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@ontrk.app. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why. Either way you can ask for a copy of your data first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for lost royalties, lost revenue, or decisions made on the basis of an estimate this service produced.

Changes
